Appointments
In order to run our office efficiently and minimize waiting time, we see patients by appointment. If your child is ill, please call our office as early in the day as possible, so that we may arrange to see him/her as soon as is needed. For routine appointments, please call the office as much in advance as possible so as to schedule your appointment at the most convenient time. If you must cancel an appointment, please call as early as possible so that another child may be scheduled. We do not have walk-in hours.
Pediatric Associates of Dayton requires a 24 hour cancellation notice or a missed appointment fee may be changed.
Fees and Insurance
We will gladly file insurance claims with your insurance company if we are contracted with your carrier. Please be prepared to pay all co-pays, deductibles, and other services not covered by your insurance company at the time of service. We accept cash, personal checks and major credit cards.
Please become familiar with your health insurance plan and what services are covered as every policy is different.
Also, please remember to bring your health insurance card every time you come to the office.
